Often when people talk about the gospel it is in terms of telling, sharing and proclaiming the gospel to others. The gospel is definitely for others, however it is also for us. Do you need the gospel? The answer to the question is always yes. I have been a Christian for 24 years and today I need the gospel more than ever. Romans 1:16, ” I am not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation for all who believe….” I need the contiuous power of God to save me today just like I did 24 years ago.
May we all be about the Great Commission and spread the gospel and may we also experience the gospel in our lives today.
